- 250ml Water
- Dates (2-3)
- Peanut Butter (1 Tbsp)
- Banana (1)
Berry Nice
- 250ml Water
- Strawberries (handful)
- Blueberries (handful)
- Dates (2-3)
- Mint Leaves (3-4 leaves)
Pine-Kiwi Refresher
- 250ml Water
- Pineapple (handful)
- Kiwi (2)
- Mint Leaves (3-4 leaves)
Method
1. Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Side note: I find adding the water, then dates, then the rest of the ingredients help blend the dates better :)
