3 Easy No-Milk Smoothies

Creamy Banana Nut

  • 250ml Water
  • Dates (2-3)
  • Peanut Butter (1 Tbsp)
  • Banana (1)

Berry Nice

  • 250ml Water
  • Strawberries (handful)
  • Blueberries (handful)
  • Dates (2-3)
  • Mint Leaves (3-4 leaves)

Pine-Kiwi Refresher

  • 250ml Water
  • Pineapple (handful)
  • Kiwi (2)
  • Mint Leaves (3-4 leaves)

Method

1. Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 

Side note: I find adding the water, then dates, then the rest of the ingredients help blend the dates better :)
