- Oats, cocoa powder, raisins, honey.

- Fresh from the fruit or
- Store bought little tubs.
3. Chia & Honey
- Add 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds to yoghurt and allow to soften.
- Add in the honey (your preferred quantity) and mix.
- Top with banana and cinnamon.
