Butter Spaghetti

Ingredients
1-2 Tbsp Butter
1 Tsp Crushed Green Chilli (optional)
1 Onion, diced or sliced
Salt (a pinch)
1 Tsp Garlic
1 Tsp Parsley
2-3 Scoops Pasta Water
Spaghetti
Method
1. Boil spaghetti in separate pot until ready. Keep pasta water.
2. While spaghetti is cooking, to a pan on low-medium heat, add the butter, green chilli and onion. Fry until onions have softened and start to turn golden brown.
3. Add 2-3 scoops of pasta water from the spaghetti pot to the butter mix in the pan. Allow the water to absorb into the mix.
4. Add salt to taste (a large pinch is enough). Then add the garlic and parsley. Optional to add 1 tsp brown sugar for a hint of sweetness amongst the chilli.
5. Add the spaghetti to the pan and allow to cook for 5-10 minutes until the butter and onion mix has absorbed into the pasta.
6. Enjoy warm topped with additional sprinkles of parsley.
