Halloumi Burgers

Ingredients
1 Burger Bun
1 Slice Halloumi
1 Small Potato Cut into Slices (optional)
½ Cup Sliced Mushrooms
½ Small Red Onion Cut into Slices
½ Avocado
Sweet Chilli Sauce (or sauce of choice)
Optional:
-Lettuce
-Tomato
Method:
1. Add the halloumi, potato slices and mushroom to Air Fryer and fry on 180 DegC for 8 minutes. Alternatively, fry in a non-stick pan (can use olive oil).
2. Slice the burger bun in half. Add sweet chilli sauce to either side.
3. To the bottom bun, add lettuce, potato, mushrooms, halloumi, red onion, tomato and another layer of potato.
4. Place the top of the bun on the burger and gently press down to lock in all the ingredients.
5. Enjoy with some fries!
