Basil Pesto

 

Ingredients

30g-40g Basil Leaves

¼ Cup Cashew Nuts (optional)

100g Feta Cheese

Salt, to taste

Olive Oil

 

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend together until a creamy consistency is formed.

2. Add more olive oil if you desire a runnier texture.


Suggestions: Add to toast, your omelette, pizza topping or pasta!
