Pancakes (the easiest)

Ingredients

3/4 Cup Milk
2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
1 Egg
Vanilla Essence

1 Cup Flour
2 Tablespoons White Sugar
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
(Add all to bowl) 

Method

1. To a bowl, add the milk and white vinegar and set aside for 5 minutes.

2. To a larger mixing bowl, add the dry ingredients.

3. To the milk bowl, add the egg and vanilla essence. Whisk to combine.

4. Add wet to dry ingredients. Mix using a spoon or spatula.

5. Fry the first bit in olive oil or butter 🧈

For the fresh cream I added sugar and vanilla essence before beating and the fresh cream alone came out SO good!

I got the base of the recipe from allrecipes.com and just adjusted the method and some ingredients :)
