Protein Pancakes

 

 

Ingredients

1 Egg

1 Banana

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (Whey)

Method

1. Whisk the egg using a fork.

2. Add in the banana and smash with the fork until smooth-ish.

3. Add in the protein powder and mix together (using same fork).

4. To a pan on medium-low heat, add olive oil. Using a tablespoon, add one scoop into the pan and cook until bottom starts to turn slightly brown.

5. Top with maple syrup, honey or sweetener of choice and/or fruits.
